Terms of Service

Effective date: July 7, 2026

Welcome to Alaso Club, the worldwide supporters club for Haiti's national football teams, operated by Chokarella Media LLC ("Alaso Club," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Alaso Club app or website, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can join

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By joining, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep your account credentials to yourself. Your membership and member card are personal to you and may not be transferred or sold.

2. An independent supporters club

Alaso Club is an independent fan organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Fédération Haïtienne de Football (FHF), CONCACAF, FIFA, or any player, team, or league. Match information is provided for fans' convenience and may contain errors or change without notice.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting content (text, photos, votes, or anything else) to Alaso Club, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the club's services so the community can see it. Delete your content or your account, and this license ends for that content, except for anonymized safety records or copies already shared by other members (such as screenshots we don't control).

Only post what you have the right to post. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.

4. Community rules

Alaso Club is a lakou: a shared home. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines (available in the app), and in particular you will not:

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our guidelines, with or without notice, to protect the community. You can report content or members in the app, and block any member at any time.

5. Membership, perks, and events

Membership tiers, badges, and points are features of the club experience, not currency; they have no cash value and may be adjusted as the club evolves. Perks are offers from independent vendors: the vendor, not Alaso Club, is responsible for honoring its offer and for its products and services. Events and watch parties may be organized by members or chapter leaders; attend at your own discretion and follow venue rules.

6. The service

We work hard to keep Alaso Club running, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chokarella Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived.

7. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described in section 4. Sections that by their nature should survive (content license for safety records, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Alaso Club after changes take effect means you accept them.
